I had the pleasure of hosting a fantastic Pensioners' Advice Fair today, where I met some wonderful local people and organisations dedicated to supporting our older residents. The event saw an excellent turnout, highlighting the real need for accessible advice and guidance on key issues affecting pensioners in our community.
From financial support and healthcare to social opportunities and local services, the fair provided a valuable platform for attendees to connect with experts and find the help they need. It was great to see so many people engaging with the organisations present and taking away useful information to support their well-being and independence.
I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to making the event such a success.
Given the positive response, I am excited to host many more events like this in the coming years, covering a range of important topics to benefit people across Exmouth and Exeter East. My aim is to ensure that our community continues to have access to the support and resources it needs to thrive.
