After meeting a local group at one of my advice surgeries, I was invited to Topsham to hear directly from local people about concerns over the proposed May’s Field development.
Planning decisions are made by the local authority, which holds legal responsibility. But when concerns are raised, particularly about the process, or a lack of joined up thinking around infrastructure, it is vital they are properly heard and acknowledged.
I will continue listening to local communities and pushing to ensure the correct process is followed.
